Over the years at Healthy Hearts we've had numerous requests to add some meat dishes to our menu of items. Our original vision for Healthy Hearts was to keep it strictly vegetarian and organic. We know clean, pesticide and chemical free food is the best way to go if you want a long, healthy life. While we still firmly stick to our promise of providing the best quality organic food to our customers, we realized that not all of you are vegetarian. As such, Healthy Hearts will gradually be adding in some new items containing fish, chicken, and beef… all organic/natural of course. Our menu will still remain mostly vegetarian, but we are happy that we can appeal to some of the non-vegetarians as well.
We serve organically grown grains, beans, vegetables, sea vegetables, fish, and meats. We use naturally brewed organic soy sauce, miso made from organic/non-gmo whole soy beans, and the highest quality sea salt and natural sweeteners. We always strive to use organic ingredients when available.
